In August 2025, one of our long-standing domestic clients placed another order for a batch of ASME B16.47 Series B Flanges. The specific product and material were 316L weld weld flanges. This marks not just another purchase but a continued chapter in our enduring partnership.
Upon order confirmation, we immediately initiated raw material inspections, dimensional checks, and pressure testing. We also processed the flanges according to the client’s specific packaging requirements to ensure safe and undamaged transport. Simultaneously, we provided the customer with a Material Test Certificate (MTC), ensuring every product detail is fully documented and traceable.
For us, each order represents more than just a transaction—it embodies the trust and recognition our customers place in us. We remain committed to delivering reliable pipe fittings and flange solutions to global clients with professionalism and responsibility.

Weld Neck Flange Inspection
Outside Diameter Inspection
Use a caliper or specialized measuring tool to measure the flange’s outside diameter to ensure it complies with standards (such as ASME, EN, and DIN). The accuracy of the outside diameter directly impacts the fit of the flange with the pipe and fittings.
Thickness Measurement
The flange’s wall thickness determines its pressure-bearing capacity. Typically, an ultrasonic thickness gauge or vernier caliper is used to ensure the thickness meets the design pressure rating.
Bolt Hole Inspection
Check that the bolt hole diameters meet standards to avoid deviations during assembly.
Measure the center circle diameter (PCD) of the bolt holes to ensure they match the corresponding flange or equipment flange.
Verify the number and even distribution of bolt holes to avoid installation difficulties or seal failure due to asymmetry.
Surface Inspection
Check that the sealing surface is flat and smooth, free of cracks, scratches, or rust, to ensure proper sealing performance.
Material & Marking Inspection
Spectroscopic analysis or MTC (Material Certificate) verification confirms that the flange material meets customer and standard requirements. We also verify the integrity of flange surface markings, including specifications, pressure rating, material, and standard number.
