On June 4, we received an inquiry from a Saudi Arabian customer regarding duplex stainless steel outlet. 

Duplex stainless steel socket weld outlet is used for 90 degree self-reinforcing branch accessory, and is suitable for small instrument connection or small branch pipe. 

We send offer by email and included price/weight/lead time/packaging, and send catalog and mill test certificate for customer. 

Same time we contact customer by customer to share some inspection picture for customer. 

On June 11, we received purchase order for customer and completed production in 15 days.

Types of MSS SP-97 Outlet

Duplex stainless steel outlet is a forged reinforced pipe fitting, mainly used for connect pipelines,especially in high-pressure,high-temperature,large-diameter,thick-walled pipelines,and has gradually replaced traditional branch pipe connection methods.

ASTM A182 F51 is a high-strength and corrosion-resistant stainless steel material. It is a duplex stainless steel with a high Cr content and an appropriate amount of alloy elements such as Ni and Mo. These elements can form a strong corrosion-resistant layer to prevent the medium from corroding the material. The main characteristics of ASTM A182 F51 include corrosion resistance, excellent mechanical properties, weld ability and process ability.
